If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Clear photos or videos showing the problem

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, returns may be restricted for health, safety, and product-integrity reasons. We recommend contacting us before sending anything back.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged or has a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly. After reviewing the information provided, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

INCORRECT ORDERS

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
